Step-By-Step Onboarding Process

1. Submit Intake Form: Complete the digital intake form below or email case summary details.

2. Execute Retainer Agreement: Review and return our signed Retainer Agreement ($1,500 non-refundable retainer).

3. Upload Records: Share text-searchable PDFs via our secure Dropbox or Google Drive link.

Confidentiality & Engagement Terms: All case inquiries, material reviews, and submitted intake documents are treated as strictly confidential attorney work-product. The $1,500 initial retainer will be applied as a credit toward our standard $225 hourly rate for record synthesis, TAR/MAR auditing, and evidence-based analysis. Work on expedited rush requests (<45 days) is subject to availability and will be outlined explicitly in the formal engagement contract. Formal consulting engagements commence only upon execution of our standard Fee Schedule & Terms of Agreement.
